Hi friends, when you are using ERP
software as Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 here you can see some Tips about making
a Terms of Payment which you want create in ERP.
Each and every product buying there
is having some procedure to make payments. Here now we are going to discuss
about that now.
Companies
have some rules and regulations for making a payment case by case it may differ
while getting products for use the good. Those types of payments have to save
in your ERP for future reference.
This method
will help you while preparing the Purchase Order (PO).
Go to Account
Payable >> Setup >> Payment >> Terms of payments
Now the
Terms of payments popup will show in front your screen.
Make sure
that if you want to create a new Payment Terms, you choose the option new as
mentioned like in the screen add the necessary thing which is shown.
If you want
to delete the Payment Terms you can do from here itself, Make sure that that
deleting item wouldn’t use on any other PO or else which representing the particular Term.
