After creation of the main account you have to map with Account structure, if you are not added in the accounting structure then it will show this type of warning messages. To solve this issue, follow the below

Go to General Ledger >> Setup >> Chart of accounts >> Configure Account structures

Some times when you make a Journal Specific Main Account will not display in it. Because you have to configure with the Accounting structure.

Click the Edit button to modify the configured account structure.

Drop the Filter button to Filter button to list all the Main Accounts which is configured here.

Click Add filter button and type the Main Account number and click OK button.

After completion of all the process click the Activate button. Here you Account has been configured, now you account has been Activated for making the Transactions.
