How to create a Planned order in ax 2012

Planned Order create automatically

Create the Item select the Team coverage in Plan tab.

Insert the Minimum and maximum values as per your plan, then click Ok button.



Then go to Master Planning module for schedule plan automatically.
Go to Master Planning >> Periodic >> Master scheduling select the particular Master plan and Item, then click ok button.

Now you can get the Item coverage in updated screen will display.
You check the update now for that go to Master Planning >> Common >> Planned orders

You can see whatever you updated Items for coverage group everyone is to be listed when the quantity will receive the minimum value in the Inventory.

Once the Planned order is created then need to create the Purchase order based on the availability on the inventory stock.


Open the created planned order, and then click Firm to see the scheduling process.
