The user account entered for the workflow execution account is not valid in AX

While doing the workflow configuration if you may get this type of error

Error: The user account entered for the workflow execution account is not valid. Cofigure that the account exists and is enabled.

Reason:

Your Service account is not mapped properly.

Solution:

1) Go to System Administrator >> Setup >> System >> System service accounts form

2) Specify the Workflow execution account as Admin or any other user

3) Then need to complete the Workflow execution wizard

Now your issue may get resolved..!
